ROY is a progressive rock band from Charlotte, North Carolina that formed in late 2004, and has been evolving ever since. After nearly a year of line-up changes ROY is hitting Charlotte hard with brand new members and a much more mature sound. With influences pulled from every aspect of modern rock, from indie to the mainstream and everything in between, ROY aims to incorporate all they love into their music with an emphasis on hardcore leads and melodic vocals. This is a radio rock band; ROY is a band you should really catch in concert! I haven’t seen them in concert but from what I hear they are INSANE in concert.
